Terms of service

**Overview**
This website is operated by Longsword Collectibles. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

**Products**
We sell individual trading cards, graded cards, and sealed trading-card products for Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, One Piece, and other games. Every item is authentic and inspected. Card condition is described using our Condition Guide. Photos show the actual item unless noted otherwise. We do **not** sell mystery packs, repacks, "hit" boxes, breaks, raffles, or any other chance-based product.

**Pricing and availability**
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Most singles are one of a kind. If an item sells out on another channel before your order is processed, we'll cancel that item and refund it in full to your original payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud, orders showing pricing errors, or orders beyond reasonable quantity limits.

**Payment and verification**
We may ask for verification on high-value orders before shipping. Orders flagged for fraud review can be held or cancelled.

**Shipping and returns**
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

**Disputes**
Please contact us first about any problem with an order. We keep tracking, signature, and packing photos for every order, and we will provide them to your card issuer if a dispute is opened.

**Accounts and conduct**
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account and shipping information. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.

**Intellectual property**
Card names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Bandai, and others). Longsword Collectibles isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

**Limitation of liability**
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

**Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

**Changes**
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies.
